Safety essentials for carrying hand tools

1.Operators should pass tools hand by hand, do not throw; when passing tools with sharp edges, the handle should be directed towards the person receiving the tools.

2.For tools such as crowbars that need to be carried on the shoulder, pay attention to the front, back, left, and right when carrying them, so that they do not collide with other objects and people, and be stable when they are put down.

3.When carrying portable power tools with cords, please protect the cords and keep them away from sharp objects, heat sources, oils or solvents, so as not to damage the cords.

5.The handles of all tools should be firmly assembled, and the wooden handles should be checked regularly for cracks and breaks.

Assembly tools

Assembly tools usually refer to screwdrivers, adjustable wrenches, open-end wrenches, integral wrenches, allen wrenches, socket wrenches, pin pullers, oblique keys and bearing handling tools.

(1) Wrench

Wrenches are mainly used to tighten hexagonal, square screws and various nuts. It is made of tool steel, alloy steel or malleable cast iron.
